Privacy.
NickMint generates names locally in your browser, without an external generation API. There is no account system or server-side favorites service.
Browser storage
If you save a name, NickMint stores your favorites in localStorage under a versioned key. Favorites are the only persistent browser feature. We do not use cookies or store tracking identifiers, personal profiles or uploaded files.
You can remove favorites using Clear Favorites, or clear the site's data in your browser settings. Favorites are specific to that browser and device. If storage is blocked, the generator still works and your shortlist remains in memory for the current page visit.
Generation and clipboard
Your generated names and settings are not sent to a generation server. Clicking Copy or Copy All writes the selected names to your clipboard when your browser permits it. NickMint does not read your clipboard.
Hosting and contact
Your browser requests the site's static files from its hosting provider. The provider may process network information, such as your IP address and request details, for delivery and security. This policy describes the NickMint application and does not promise that hosting infrastructure keeps no logs.
If you email hello@nickmint.com, your email provider and the recipient's email provider process the message. Include only the information needed to explain your question. Do not send passwords or private account information.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics scripts are enabled. No advertising scripts are enabled.
This version does not load user-tracking scripts. This policy must be updated to describe any analytics or advertising before those services are enabled.
Children and personal information
The name-generation tools do not need ages, account credentials or other personal information to suggest a gaming name.
